Barbara Adams, M.A. is celebrating her 10 year anniversary working with John Wetzel in the executive coaching and career management industry working exclusively with executives and senior-level managers.  Barbara and John began their working relationship at Right Management, a global leader in career and talent management.  Because of their presentations style and contagious energy, Barbara and John were dubbed as the Regis and Kathy Lee Gifford of executive facilitation.

John and Barbara celebrated their 10th Anniversary in the industry as well as the announcement of Barbara's association with PeopleFirst HR Solutions OI Global Partners with an evening social networking event held at the Westin Galleria, Edina on September 18th, 2014.  Their 7th annual evening event of its kind, brought more than 90 people from the industry for cocktails, appetizers, meet-and-greets, and networking with guest speaker Chuck Feltz, a Senior Executive Leader and Consultant who had a powerful message for executives.

The message focused on each individual's personal brand and reputation.  By emulating the personal brand, individuals can clearly articulate and communicate a value proposition to differentiate from the competition, gaining traction in the marketplace that is true to your own individual brand.  The "true north" required for an effective career-management strategy especially when networking.  The evening was an inspirational, educational, and fun event that reemphasized Barbara and John's vital influence in the industry.

Every month Barbara and John host an ExecuNet/ECI breakfast meeting where members can meet with other C-level individuals and executives to make connections, build relationships, and open doors for future opportunities.
